Terms and Polices as of March 2026
A great stay starts with you, please follow the golden rule when at our park; treat others as you would like to be treated.
Smoking Policy
No smoking in the recreation hall, shower house, park area, gazebo, yurts or dome tents. This includes mamajuana and vape products.
You may smoke at your site, in your private camper or vehicle but if the smoke is disturbing your neighbors you may be asked to smoke in a different location or be move to a new spot. Please pick up your cigarette buds, a fine of up to $200.00 may apply if we have to clean up after you.
Pet Policy
Maximum 2 pets allowed per site, pets may not be left unattended in the park, and must be on a leash at all times when in the park outside.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets, if we have to clean up after you a fine of up to $200.00 will apply.
Aggressive dogs not allowed, and due to our insurance policy the following breeds of dogs are not allowed: Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Stafford Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinschers and any Wolf Breed Mix.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM - at this time no loud music, generators or other excessive noise will be permitted.
Liability
Rio Grande Campgrounds LLC is not liable for theft, damage or injury when in the park.
Always lock your camper when leaving the park and secure all vehicles and trailer. We will monitor the park for your safety, but this is not a safety or security guarantee.
Check-Out Time
Check out for RV Spaces, Domes and Yurts is 12:00PM on the day of your departure.
Late check out may result in a fine starting at $10 and up to a new nights rate, depending on the time you leave past check out.
Dumpster / Trash Policy
Due to the high bear activity dumpsters maybe locked at night.
Ensure all trash is dumped before 6:00PM, to not leave food / trash outside of your camper after dark.
Refund Policy
Monthly rentals require a $300.00 deposit when booked, this is a non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be given for early departure on weekly or monthly stays.
A credit or debit card is required to be placed on file for all reservations, even if you are paying cash.
Alcohol / Atmosphere Policy
Please refrain from the usage of profanity when in the park. No sexually explicit material may be displayed on our around your camper.
Alcohol may be consumed at your site, but not in public areas such as the recreation hall, playground, gazebo or roadways.
We try to provide a "G" rated vacation experience for all.
